ABOUT

VISION

To be a driving force in forging a culture
of quality and safety in healthcare

MISSION

Empowering healthcare professionals with relevant knowledge and skills through  training and development in best practices to ensure patient safety and compassionate care.

THE IDEA

Golden Hour is the first hour after a serious accident, when it is crucial that the victim receives medical treatment in order to have a good chance of survival.
It’s the difference between life and death and hence it is quintessential that we take that step towards saving lives. How many of us have heard of a person suddenly collapsing to his death? In most situations, the sudden collapse is because of a massive heart attack causing a cardiac arrest ( causing the heart to stop ).If the victim had received CPR when he collapsed , his/her heart  would have had a good chance of beating again and the victim would have had a good chance of survival.
In healthcare it’s time to gain a holistic systems approach. Let’s make consolidated efforts towards quality appropriate systems, engaged employees, safer and happier patients. We believe all of us can contribute with appropriate training and development of our healthcare workforce.
Golden hour specializes in designing training programs in healthcare quality tailored to the requirement of the organization. We specialize in Small Healthcare Organizations (20 to 50 beds), Dental Clinics, Day care Centres and Multispeciality Hospitals.
